A Member (i.e an individual who has double opted in to the UltraTrust® eNewsletters) will receive newsletters with the following timing sequence:
  1. The first newsletter will arrive immediately (within five minutes) to a Member’s inbox once the individual clicks the confirmation link.
  2. The second newsletter will be sent on the 3rd day after the first.
  3. The third newsletter will be sent on the 7th day after the first.
  4. The fourth newsletter will be sent on the 10th day after the first.
  5. The fifth newsletter will be sent on the 14th day after the first.
  6. The sixth newsletter will be sent on the 17th day after the first.
  7. The seventh newsletter will be sent on the 21st day after the first.
  8. The eighth newsletter will be sent on the 25th day after the first.
  9. The ninth newsletter will be sent on the 28th day after the first.
  10. The tenth newsletter will be sent on the 31st day after the first.
  11. The eleventh to the twentieth newsletter will be sent every 7 days.
  12. The twenty-first to the thirtieth newsletter will be sent every 10 days.
  13. The thirty-first to the fortieth newsletter will be sent every 2 weeks.
Please note, periodically, you may receive an additional newsletter from us with important updates, news or information that may be important to you and your family’s needs.
Reporting abuse and spam reporting:

If you are reporting abusive, illegal, unwanted, harmful or malicious email that you have identified as originating from an UltraTrust account, please forward a complete copy of the abusive message (including the full message header) to report-spam@ultratrust.com. Sending these types of communications is a violation of Microsoft policy and appropriate action will be taken on confirmed reports.
How is the information form for voluntary customer surveys used?

We may from time to time conduct both business and individual customer surveys.
